Whew here is another all fringe bag!  And this time it’s from Hogan.  I don’t know why many Hollywood celebs like Jessica SImpson love this style of bag when it is all covered up with fringes!  Just like the Prada fringe bag.  Is it the bag that is not cool or is it just the taste of these celebs that is uncool?
